Repair type
We repair electric bicycles, city bikes(oma fiets), mountain bikes(MTB), cargo bikes(bak fiets), fat bikes, road bikes.
We specialise in electrical repair on Vanmoof bikes. For other electrical bikes, with electrical faults, we would have to inspect the bike first to be sure we could repair it and that we could order the right parts for it.
WhatsApp updates
We try to keep you as close as possible to the repair process. If needed we will send you photo or/and video repair updates of your bike. This way we could quickly discuss repair costs and go further on with the repair.
Repair times
Repair times typically range from 1-3 working days for minor fixes and around 5-21 working days for more complex issues. In some small cases we might have to wait on an ordered part which might extend the wait time further.

How to find the entrance to our office?
Our office is located in the Plan B office building (Video guide), between the Hanos and VDL buildings. The main entrance is open during business hours. You could use the industrial elevator to transport your bike to our office.
The office is located on the 4th floor, Office number: 10.
That's right, the 4th floor! We are the highest bicycle shop in the Netherlands.
Do you have a bakfiets? Don't worry. Go to the loading dock at the back of the building and give us a call.
